Molding Process
When customers need to process the mold details, it is necessary to go through certain stages. Almost all the molding processes are now complete, from the design stage to the finished product.

In that, there are many steps to apply high technology (hardware) and software to improve the efficiency in the design work, help the product to complete, meticulously and accurately meet the needs of customer.

The machines used to process the current molds are often CNC machines imported directly from abroad, applying advanced techniques combined with the skill level of workers. A simple process template consists of the following steps:
Receive specific requirements of the Customer.
Consult the material, size and texture to meet the needs of the customer.
Make a design table based on customer requirements.
Consider signing contracts with clear terms, precise conventions on the characteristics of the product.
Designing, implementing molds, extruding, blowing according to the conventional design (or according to customer samples provided).
Product testing, modification of small details to perfect the mold for the product with the correct shape and size according to convention.
Carry out delivery and receive payment.
